I’m a follower of Christ, husband, dad, and pastor. In 2017 my family moved to Greenville, SC to plantĀ Greenville Community Church. For the past 19 years I have had to joy of serving churches in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Virginia. I’m passionate about communicating, creating environments, and leading leaders, volunteers, and teams (it’s the inner coach in me, I love empowering people to do great things). Thankfully I have a job that allows me to do all three of these things.

Why this blog? I write because I want to be one voice who is willing to help ministry leaders go further, faster. I think it’s selfish to learn and experiment and not share. I hope to be a leader who invests in other leaders and this blog gives me that opportunity. Here I have the chance to think and express out loud what I am learning in life and ministry. I am passionate about the church and family ministry (preschool, children, youth, and college ministry). I write with the pastor /ministry leader and lead volunteer in mind. I pray my journey helps people to think, learn, and live.

I am honored you would take time to check this blog out. Would love to hear from you, email me at michael@greenvillecommunitychurch.com
