If you live in Clarksville you know the devastation that a tornado can bring. This past week we watched tornadoes rip through Oklahoma bringing devastation and death. It’s hard to look at pictures and video and not want to help make a difference. Six days after the storms the recovery effort is now in full motion and it’s time to see what we can do to help.
This Sunday we are asking you to take a simple step to not only pray for the victims of the tornadoes but also help the relief effort.
We have several friends from Clarksville that are leaving in the coming days to help with disaster relief, and if you go to Grace Community Church we want to give you the chance to help out. In every disaster area there is always a need for clean drinking water. If you are coming to church Sunday we are asking you to simply bring one case of water. A three dollar case of water can make a huge difference for people trying to help in the clean up effort. Just drop the case of water off at church Sunday and our staff will make sure it gets to the teams heading to Oklahoma.
The goal is simple. Bring 1 case of water to Grace Community Church Sunday!
If you are out of town and you want to help out with relief efforts you can make a donation here.
